A Manufacturing Base Built for Scale
Luxemetal Overseas Private Limited operates from a dedicated manufacturing facility spread across almost 3 acres in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh - housing a fully integrated operations from raw material processing to finished & packaged product.
Machinery & Equipment
Our facility is equipped with a comprehensive range of in-house machinery, enabling us to manage every stage of manufacturing without dependency on external vendors:
- 4 VMCs, 2 EDM machines, 7 CNC machines, and 1 wire-cut machine
- Lathes, drilling & tapping, and milling machines
- Induction furnaces with 150 kg, 300 kg, and 500 kg crucibles for a range of metals and alloys
- 35 power presses (5 MT to 30 MT capacity), plus 2 pneumatic automatic power presses
- Forging presses at 100 MT, 200 MT, and 300 MT, alongside a permanent die-molding machine
- Core-making machine
- Semi-automatic powder coating unit and a dedicated plating plant
- Aluminium pressure die casting and sand casting facilities
- In-house 2D/3D design with CAD-CAM, 3D printer, and 3D scanner
- Sand lab, UL-approved testing laboratory, and spectrometer for composition verification
Power & Logistics
- Round-the-clock power supply with 100% backup
- In-house crate-making (fresh wood) for safe transit of bulk shipments
- In-house container loading facility for export-ready dispatch
Our People
Our manufacturing operations are supported by a trained workforce – of around 100 people, over 50% of are women - working across production, quality control, design & packaging functions. Our commitment towards women empowerment has been there almost since inception of this establishment.
