  1. Luxe Group's legacy began in 1982, when the founder Mr. R.K. Jindal stepped away from a career in law to establish Sri Neptune International - a manufacturing and export house built on quality, integrity, commitment and enduring relationships.

  2. In 1997, the second generation led by Mr. Maneesh Kr. Jindal, expanded the vision through Sri Overseas, extending the group's expertise into Earthing & Lightning Protection, Grounding & Bonding, Broom hardware, Traffic Hardware and Door Hardware - earning trust across markets including the USA, UK and Germany.

  3. The third generation, entering in 2020, brought fresh ambition - modernizing operations, broadening the product range and aligning the business with global standards of quality and compliance. A significant transformation happened in 2025 when Sri Neptune International and Sri Overseas were unified under a single name of Luxemetal Overseas Private Limited - bringing decades of combined expertise under one cohesive brand.
