  1. 1940 - The Foundation

    Our story begins with Jindal Metal Works - the original manufacturing venture that laid the groundwork for everything that followed.

  2. 1980 - A New Beginning

    After a period of dormancy, the business was revived with renewed purpose as Sri Neptune International, marking the start of a modern manufacturing and export operation built on the same founding values of quality and integrity.

  3. 1997 - Expanding Horizons

    Sri Overseas was established, extending the group's capabilities into specialized segments - including new products in Earthing & Lightning Protection, Grounding & Bonding, Traffic Hardware, Door Hardware, Broom hardware, conduit fittings while strengthening our presence in international markets.

  4. 2025 - One Unified Identity

    Sri Neptune International and Sri Overseas came together as a single entity to form Luxemetal Overseas Private Limited……consolidating decades of expertise, infrastructure, technology and goodwill under one cohesive brand.

  5. 2026 – Geographical Expansion

    Rustic General Trading LLC S.O.C. was established in Dubai with an intention to foray into new markets.
