Founders Message

When I stepped away from a career in law in 1982 to start what would become Sri Neptune International, I carried with me one simple belief…..that a business built on integrity and quality would always find its place in the world. I had no way of knowing then that this belief would carry across three generations or that it would one day support a workforce where more than half our people are women……something I take quiet pride in.

Over the decades, I have watched this business grow - not just in size, but in purpose. What began as a small hardware manufacturing venture has become a group with a presence across international markets, a diversified portfolio that now includes hospitality supply alongside precision metal manufacturing and a family of employees and partners who share the same commitment to doing things right.

Today, as the third generation carries this legacy forward, I remain confident in one thing…. the values that built Luxe Group - precision, integrity, employee well-being as well as partnerships - are the same values that will take it into its next chapter.

When I joined the business in 1997, I inherited more than a company - I inherited a standard. My father had built Sri Neptune International on quality as well as trust and my responsibility was to carry that standard into new territory.

This is what led us into more specialized product segments that demanded not just manufacturing capability but technical precision and an understanding of international standards. Introduction of new processes to achieve this wasn't an easy path but it was the right one. Over the years, this focus has helped us build a genuine presence across markets like the USA, UK and Germany…..earning relationships.

What I am most proud of is not the expansion itself but how we expanded - without ever compromising the values my father instilled. Today, as I watch the next generation bring new energy and ideas into the business, I see the same thing I saw in myself decades ago…..a determination to build something that lasts.

I have grown up hearing the story of this business - a lawyer who chose to build something with his hands and a father who took that foundation and gave it an international reach. Joining in 2020 meant not just stepping into a legacy but also an opportunity….to bring the same values into a changing world.

My focus since then has been on modernizing our processes and strengthening our systems while making sure that we meet the expectations of today's global customers in quality and compliance as well as delivering a better service consistently. This also meant looking beyond our traditional markets and diversification of new categories….. including hospitality supply, while staying rooted in the same discipline that has always defined Luxe Group.

I do not see my role as reinventing what my grandfather and father built….. I see it as making sure it is ready for the next fifty years.
