Company Overview
Luxe Group is a multigenerational manufacturing enterprise based in Aligarh, India, specializing in copper and aluminum alloy products, precision sheet metal fabrication, Grounding/Earthing & Lightning Protection products, Door hardware, Traffic hardware, Broom hardware & accessories - alongside a growing hospitality supply business serving hotels across India with fabric, crockery and cutlery.
Our manufacturing is fully vertically integrated, from casting and forging to CNC machining, in-house design, sheet cutting, bending, pressing, powder coating and an UL-approved testing setup - giving us complete control over quality at every stage. Over 50% of our manufacturing workforce is women, a reflection of our belief in uplifting and empowering women and that precision is built by people, not just processes. As a government-recognized export house, we serve customers across India, the USA, UK, Germany and other international markets. With our recently started operations at Dubai we continue to expand our footprint into new geographies.

Luxe Group's legacy began in 1982, when the founder Mr. R.K. Jindal stepped away from a career in law to establish Sri Neptune International - a manufacturing and export house built on quality, integrity, commitment and enduring relationships.

In 1997, the second generation led by Mr. Maneesh Kr. Jindal, expanded the vision through Sri Overseas, extending the group's expertise into Earthing & Lightning Protection, Grounding & Bonding, Broom hardware, Traffic Hardware and Door Hardware - earning trust across markets including the USA, UK and Germany.

The third generation, entering in 2020, brought fresh ambition - modernizing operations, broadening the product range and aligning the business with global standards of quality and compliance. A significant transformation happened in 2025 when Sri Neptune International and Sri Overseas were unified under a single name of Luxemetal Overseas Private Limited - bringing decades of combined expertise under one cohesive brand.

Mr. R.K. Jindal - Founder, Luxe Group
When I stepped away from a career in law in 1982 to start what would become Sri Neptune International, I carried with me one simple belief…..that a business built on integrity and quality would always find its place in the world. I had no way of knowing then that this belief would carry across three generations or that it would one day support a workforce where more than half our people are women……something I take quiet pride in.
Over the decades, I have watched this business grow - not just in size, but in purpose. What began as a small hardware manufacturing venture has become a group with a presence across international markets, a diversified portfolio that now includes hospitality supply alongside precision metal manufacturing and a family of employees and partners who share the same commitment to doing things right.
Today, as the third generation carries this legacy forward, I remain confident in one thing…. the values that built Luxe Group - precision, integrity, employee well-being as well as partnerships - are the same values that will take it into its next chapter.

When I joined the business in 1997, I inherited more than a company - I inherited a standard. My father had built Sri Neptune International on quality as well as trust and my responsibility was to carry that standard into new territory.
This is what led us into more specialized product segments that demanded not just manufacturing capability but technical precision and an understanding of international standards. Introduction of new processes to achieve this wasn't an easy path but it was the right one. Over the years, this focus has helped us build a genuine presence across markets like the USA, UK and Germany…..earning relationships.
What I am most proud of is not the expansion itself but how we expanded - without ever compromising the values my father instilled. Today, as I watch the next generation bring new energy and ideas into the business, I see the same thing I saw in myself decades ago…..a determination to build something that lasts.

I have grown up hearing the story of this business - a lawyer who chose to build something with his hands and a father who took that foundation and gave it an international reach. Joining in 2020 meant not just stepping into a legacy but also an opportunity….to bring the same values into a changing world.
My focus since then has been on modernizing our processes and strengthening our systems while making sure that we meet the expectations of today's global customers in quality and compliance as well as delivering a better service consistently. This also meant looking beyond our traditional markets and diversification of new categories….. including hospitality supply, while staying rooted in the same discipline that has always defined Luxe Group.
I do not see my role as reinventing what my grandfather and father built….. I see it as making sure it is ready for the next fifty years.
A Manufacturing Base Built for Scale
Luxemetal Overseas Private Limited operates from a dedicated manufacturing facility spread across almost 3 acres in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh - housing a fully integrated operations from raw material processing to finished & packaged product.
Machinery & Equipment
Our facility is equipped with a comprehensive range of in-house machinery, enabling us to manage every stage of manufacturing without dependency on external vendors:
- 4 VMCs, 2 EDM machines, 7 CNC machines, and 1 wire-cut machine
- Lathes, drilling & tapping, and milling machines
- Induction furnaces with 150 kg, 300 kg, and 500 kg crucibles for a range of metals and alloys
- 35 power presses (5 MT to 30 MT capacity), plus 2 pneumatic automatic power presses
- Forging presses at 100 MT, 200 MT, and 300 MT, alongside a permanent die-molding machine
- Core-making machine
- Semi-automatic powder coating unit and a dedicated plating plant
- Aluminium pressure die casting and sand casting facilities
- In-house 2D/3D design with CAD-CAM, 3D printer, and 3D scanner
- Sand lab, UL-approved testing laboratory, and spectrometer for composition verification
Power & Logistics
- Round-the-clock power supply with 100% backup
- In-house crate-making (fresh wood) for safe transit of bulk shipments
- In-house container loading facility for export-ready dispatch
Our People
Our manufacturing operations are supported by a trained workforce – of around 100 people, over 50% of are women - working across production, quality control, design & packaging functions. Our commitment towards women empowerment has been there almost since inception of this establishment.
Quality Policy
At Luxe Group, quality is not a checkpoint, rather, it is built into every stage of how we manufacture, from raw material to final dispatch.
Across our copper and aluminum alloy products, precision sheet metal fabrication, Terra E&LP Solutions range, and hospitality supply lines, we hold every product to one uncompromising standard - what leaves our facility must match what we promised, every single time, all the time.
This standard is upheld through:
In-house testing and verification - every batch is checked for composition using our in-house spectrometer and our UL-approved testing laboratory verifies products against recognized international standards, including UL467, UL96, RoHS as well as customer’s specifications. Our products rae tested to IEC 62561 by independent lab that is accredited to IEC 17025 and ILAC certified.
Certified environmental & quality management - our manufacturing operations are certified to ISO 14001, reflecting our commitment to environmentally responsible production alongside consistent product quality.
Process control at every stage - from casting, forging and machining to plating, powder coating and final assembly, our 3-acre Aligarh facility is equipped to monitor and control quality at each step, rather than relying on inspection at the end alone.
Skilled, accountable people - our quality standards are carried out by a trained workforce of around 100 people, working across production, testing and design, with strict adherence to health and safety practices at every stage.
Direct manufacturer control - as a direct manufacturer using virgin raw materials, we take full ownership of quality from the first stage of production, without relying on intermediaries.
Consistency across product lines - the same discipline that governs our precision metal components extends to our hospitality supply line, so every category we serve meets the same standard of reliability.
Continuous improvement - we regularly review our processes and invest in updated tooling, design capability, training of staff and testing infrastructure to meet evolving customer and compliance requirements.

Rustic General Trading LLC S.O.C. was established in Dubai with an intention to foray into new markets.
