Jindal took a decisive step away from a successful law career to establish Sri Neptune International, a manufacturing and export house for builders’ hardware. From the very beginning, the company was built on a clear vision: to deliver reliable, precision-made hardware solutions to demanding global markets.
In 1997, the second generation, led by his son, Mr. Maneesh Kr. Jindal, infused fresh energy and ambition into the enterprise with the launch of a sister concern, Sri Overseas. Guided by sharp market insight and a strong focus on international standards, the organization significantly expanded its portfolio into specialized, high-demand segments, including Earthing & Lightning Protection (E&LP), Grounding & Bonding, and Traffic Hardware. Over time, consistent performance, technical competence, and responsive service helped the group establish a strong presence across key markets such as the USA, UK, Germany, and several other regions.
The entry of the third generation in 2020 marked the beginning of a new chapter, with a renewed focus on innovation, technology, and modern business practices. Building on decades of experience, the team broadened the product range, strengthened systems, and aligned the organization with contemporary global expectations in quality, compliance, and customer support. This evolution naturally led to a strategic consolidation of operations.
